The 5-2-1 DA was formed in June 2004 by an IGA between the City of Grand Junction, the City of Fruita, the Town of Palisade, Mesa County, and the Grand Valley Drainage District.  The 5-2-1 DA is responsible for Stormwater Services within its service area.  For more information on the 5-2-1 DA’s service area, please see Who We Serve.
